Daytona International Speedway and NASCAR Moms Celebrate Mother’s Day in the Fast Lane

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – This Mother’s Day, when your mom is expecting the usual flowers, chocolates and boring card, blow her doors off with a ticket to one of the most anticipated American sporting events ever – the 50th running of the DAYTONA 500.

As a special incentive for Mother’s Day, when you buy mom a seat at next year’s “Great American Race,” Daytona International Speedway (DIS), in a partnership with the Women’s Auxiliary of Motorsports (WAM), will make a charitable contribution to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.  DIS’s donation will help to ensure women across the country receive the chance to win an even bigger race. 

“This partnership with Susan G.
